1. ALEXANDER William, Farrier Sgt, Killala
13th Light Horse, Australian Infantary. AIF no. 104. Three years in the Africian police. Son of Joseph (died 1887) and Margaret (died 1985). Brother of John Alexander, Lisglennon, Killala (died 1957) Born and went to school in Lisglennon and resided eventually in Brokenhill, New South Wales, Australia. Died of sickness on 18.12.1917 and buried at sea.
